Lista de Verificación - ¿No recibes marcaciones?

1. Configuración en el Reloj ZKTeco:
Verifica en el menú del dispositivo: COMM → Cloud Server → Server Address = zk.tuvendor.cloud

2. Puerto Correcto:
Cloud Server Port = 443

3. Push Protocol Habilitado:
En el reloj: Cloud Server → Push Protocol = Enabled

4. Red y Conectividad:
El reloj debe tener acceso a internet. Verifica: Network → TCP/IP → obtener IP correctamente.

5. Hacer una Marcación de Prueba:
Registra una marcación en el reloj (con huella, rostro o tarjeta). Espera 10-30 segundos.

6. Revisar el Monitor en Tiempo Real:
Si el reloj se conecta, verás las peticiones GET/POST en el monitor de arriba.

7. Certificado SSL (HTTPS):
Estás usando HTTPS. El certificado debe ser válido. Si es autofirmado, verifica que el reloj acepte certificados no confiables.

8. Reiniciar el Reloj:
A veces un reinicio del dispositivo ayuda: System → Power → Restart.

¿Cómo Funciona el Protocolo ADMS?

1. Handshake (GET /iclock/cdata)

El reloj se conecta y se identifica con su número de serie. El servidor responde "OK".

2. Envío de Datos (POST /iclock/cdata)

El reloj envía las marcaciones de asistencia. El servidor las guarda y responde "OK".

3. Heartbeat (GET /iclock/getrequest)

El reloj pregunta periódicamente si hay comandos nuevos para ejecutar.

4. Feedback (POST /iclock/devicecmd)

El reloj confirma que ejecutó un comando enviado por el servidor.
